Hi,

Is it possible to input a HD signal (720/1080) into the HD+ via DVI and then output via a HD analogue signal (RGBHV etc), or does the entire chain need to be DVI based?

Am I also right in saying that the HD+ cannot process analogue HD signals?

Thanks

JJ

Yes it is certainly possible, but only if the incoming HD signal is not HDCP encrypted.

Yes you're right, they are just passed through the HD+.

Full info here half-way down the page.

Thanks Steve - forgot about the DVDO FAQ! :suicide:

A lot of NTL TVdrive content will not be HDCP enabled to start with (my first HD source) hence I should be able to at least get things working before upgrading the TV and scaler later this year.
