    Hi,

I’ve just been looking at 2 Samsung 65” TVs - UE65NU8000 at £1800 and the QE65Q9FN at £3300. Obviously the QE has more features with the ambient modes etc. however, is it really £1500 better with the lights off and a film on?

    Just interested in thoughts.

    Thanks.

The NU8000 is probably an overkill for most people. The Q9FN is a TV designed with the best HDR picture in mind and won't be that better than the cheaper TV for non HDR content.

Both TVs are newly released 2018 models and will cost up 50% more now than they will spring/summer next year.
