Is this TV any good?

    76 CM VISIBLE HORIZONTALLY AND VERTICALLY FLAT SCREEN (32 INCH TUBE)
    FD TRINITRON WEGA
    50HZ PICTURE
    2 x SCART SOCKETS
    FRONTAV INPUTS INCLUDING S VIDEO

    Found for £720 inc vat and delivery or should I go for the JVC AV32 WFT1 ?

    The JVC - but there again I am biased as I've got one and am very pleased with it.

    You won't find many negative comments on JVC on this forum apart from requests to access service menu to correct the occasional stray geometry.

    Just a thought, Sony sets are relatively well known for geometry problems, personally I've had three 32fx60s which weren't too good... As the man says, I've not seen many complaints on JVC either in this forum or others. Another thing with the Sonys is that yes, they have 500 options in the service menu, but they don't change the common geometry problems on those sets....
    This might or might ot be an issue for you.

    I've got a KV32DX20 (IDTV version of FX20) - FX20 is ok 2 Scarts good DVD picture, I think PAL looks ropey on 32"
