Is this possible?

Bought my new denon avrx2000 av receiver yesterday along with a subwoofer and the centre speaker. I'm waiting on deliver of the sat speakers as they were not in stock.

Can I use the av receiver temporarily just using the sub and centre speaker until the other speaker arrive or is it best to wait??

No, no AV receiver fascilitates a setup that lacks at least the front left and right speakers. You could kid the receiver into thinking you'd the required front speakers, but this would simply result in only some of the audio being output via the centre and no audio not of a mono aural nature being output via that speaker.

I'd wait if I were you.
