Is this HDMI 2.1 Cable legit?

As per the title is this cable legit? I see it's certified but I was under the impression I was limited to 5m without optical. If it's legit seems like will suit me perfect as I don't fancy paying £100+

For those of us involved in testing , 8 meters has always been the practical limit , Gossip on internet forums incorrectly whittles that down over time , but 8 meters it is and always has been to date.
( note that 8 is the fail point , so practically , 7.5 for a working cable is the maximum )

I have some maxonar cables , that QR code can be scanned with the hdmi.org app once you have the item and it will verify its authenticity.

Reviews suggest the 7m isn’t very successful.
