Is this better than my 1st choice?

hi, I kinda change my mind.. I think for a little bit more money and network/airplay might be useful.. I will choose this:

Yamaha CRX-N560D - Tannoy Mercury V1i

instead of this:

Denon D-M40 with Q Acoustics 3020

I would like to ask if I am going in the right direction.? Thanks
