Is this a good deal?

I currently have M phone and L Broadband, but my TV with Sky. Just rang retentions up and they have offered V+ with M phone and L Broadband, on a XL package with movies and sports for £64.95. Is this a good deal? Also how does V+ compare with Sky HD, in terms of picture quality on non HD channels. Is it as good as HD on Sky?

The picture quality from V+ is excellent for HD and SD content alike ... Some have mentioned that SD content looks better on V+ than on SKY-HD, but I cant confirm that, since I dont have SKY-HD myself.

AFAIK there is only one HD channel on V+, BBC HD.
It didn't bother me 'til this week as I used to have a 28" CRT but now I've got a decent TV I wish Virgin had more HD content.
