Is there any DTS-HD or Dolby True HD downloadable content out there?

The title says it all. I'm currently looking around for a all-in-one home cinema system. It has been years since I last popped in a disc to enjoy media. I'm all for streaming and downloadable. That's why I initially discarded the need for a Blue-ray player. Nonetheless it quickly became clear that only the systems with one support DTS-HD and Dolby True HD. Is a Blue-ray disc the only way to get those next gen audio formats rolling?
