Is there any difference between kill bill 2 R1 and the R3 version?

Is there any difference between kill bill 2 R1 and the R3 version?

I've got the R3 version , and from what I remember had to turn on/off subtitles when the characters were speaking non-english.. also the R3 doesnt have the "damoe deleted scene" thats on the R1 version. Though the R3 has an extra disc of stuff, that I've never watched..
