is there a difference between pw7 and pwd7??

    noticed that there seems to be pw7 and pwd7 in different threads....

    as im looking at buying one is there a difference between the two?

    also how about the X or BX on the end of some?#

    (in newbie very amatuer not alot of clue terms!!)

    The B shows that it is a British model (not a grey import) and X IIRC means that it has no input boards bundled with it.

    ive just bought a pw7, i could of had a pwd7 for £60 more. am i going to notice that much difference ?

    if they were both set up properly one the same feed side by side you *MAY* notice a slight difference 6 series phosphur to 7 series but you would be hard pushed to tell

    get that component board tho the scart board isnt that hot

    yeah they didnt have any component boards in stock so they are shipping it with a scart board, although i will be purchasing a component board very soon....

    I have a PWD7 hooked up with a scart board and it still makes my old 32 CRT curl up and die.

    why does the pwd7 come with a component board thrown and the pw7 a scart board and which is the better
