Question Is there a better phone than the LG G Flex 2 for £220?

My dad currently has an LG G Flex but I saw the LG G Flex 2 for sale for £220.
  • Released January 2015
  • Android 5.1.1
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 810
  • 2 GB RAM
  • 16 GB storage
  • Memory card slot
  • 5.5" P-OLED screen
  • 13 MP rear camera
Do you think there is currently a better phone for £220?

Nothing comes close with that processor and screen. However there are some well documented issues with overheating etc. So do your research

I have seen mixed reviews for it. Some people saying the flexing makes creaking noises after a while and the camera is only average. Also the front camera I think is only 2 MP?
I would say if you want a phone with a 5.5" screen then the Oneplus 2 would beat it in every department...other than sd card slot.
But that price is very tempting!

If you could stretch to another £30 I'd suggest checking out the Honor 7. Just bought one and love it -5.2" screen, 3 GB ram, 20MP (Sony sensor) camera and 8 MP "selfie" camera. Good battery life and fast charging.

To be honest, he was annoyed enough than LG went from a 6" screen (which he loves) on the Flex to the 5.5" on the Flex 2.

He wouldn't want anything smaller than 5.5" :(
