My PB10 is showing as arrived in Mcr airport 5 November

How long before they send it on to me? the suspense is killing me!!!

AND I've just sold my amp- I'm going to have to buy a cheapie to keep me going till my house purchase comes thru and the 3805 and new DVD are available..

PS the g/f is going to have a heart attack- she reckons the REL makes too many "rumbling noises"

You should have had it by now. Ring Bax in Manchester and ask them if they've closed early for Christmas

Don't disturb him while he's listening to his new sub. :D
After all, he's waited long enough!
On second thoughts, after reading Mike's original post, he's probably lying unconscious under the sub.

OH. MY. GOD.     :rotfl:

My poor neighbours ACROSS the road said I must have been enjoying a really good party or something.....

    Proper bass at last!!

I'm converted- this is by far the best value equipment I have ever bought.

It's a lot bigger than it has any right to be in every way.

What I need to do now is stop buying dvd's just because the LFE track will be awesome

What I also need to do now is set this thing up properly- I've got a sound meter- is that all you need?
I want to take some readings, but don't really know how

Even if I did nothing else, I am one happy bunny :D

Note to self- must stop skiving off work early so I can run movies at high volume before the g/f gets in....

Forget the ear plugs for sub-bass. You need the closed earphone-type ear defenders. The better ones come with FM stereo radios. Just the thing to distract the better half. Bit expensive though just to keep the better half quiet. I paid about £60 to use in the workshop.

BTW Mike: Congratulations on getting it past the Guardian unscathed! :D

Erm, she might figure it out when the house starts to shake though, so maybe ear plugs won't work :D

You soon start to realise what's not screwed down properly!

I'm already wondering what the h**l a bigger SVS would sound like- Is there something wrong with me???

BTW guys- Thanks for pointing me in the right direction :smashin:

The experts on another forum are suggesting a pair of PBS10-ISDs as serious competition for the bigger SVS models. Though they'd need to be placed very close to each other to obtain maximum benefit. There is some discussion on stacking a larger number of PBS10s for truly world class sub performance.
