Hi, I'm moving in to my new flat soon, and I want to get a wall mounted flat panel, I'll be getting an Xbox 360 later in the year so ideally I want to get an HD Ready TV to play it on I don't really want to spend more than £2500 and like everyone I want the highest possible quality at the lowest possible price.

So far the only advice I've received is from the chap in Dixons who tells me >>this<< is the one to go for, I imagine there are people here far wiser than said Dixons employee.

So feel free to offer any appropriate advice at all.

You are on the wrong Forum, try LCD and Plasma.
There are many people on there that have ordered/bought the Panny 500 and are pleased with it,high PQ quality etc good reviews in mags etc.
Best to have a good look at the competiton as we all have are own favs.
I have no axe to grind as I have the Pionner 435XDE.
    Good luck.

Im a DLP man myself but one of my mates recently got the PV500 and i have to say i was well impressed, the Pioneer PDP435XDE and the PV500 are probably 2 of the best plasmas around. As Nikeddle said check out the plasma and lcd forum. :smashin:
