Hi all
It's been while since I last looked at TV's properly, but with a desire to move to 4K I find myself bewildered by the options and potential pitfalls of the various TV's out there. I think I've narrowed it down to the Panasonic 58DX802, but given my picky requirements would it be the right one? And if not, should I be looking at something else? I'm also struggling to find an 802 to demo as it's last years model, so would I be better off looking at 2017 models?
1. Sources will be 4K bluray, Sky Q and Amazon.
2. I'm a big F1 fan, so any judder on panning or fast motion would annoy me.
3. I owned a Panasonic 50GT60 a while back, and the white F1 logo burnt into the screen - I don't want the same to happen again.
4. I never could quite dial out the smearing during panning shots on my current 6700 - is the DX802 better or the same?
5. Budget is around £1250, ideally including the 4K bluray player.
Thanks for any advice you can give.
