I kind of talked myself out buying a LCD up until now because I believed the technology wasn't quite there yet. I've erred towards DLP mainly because IMHO I don't think you can get better PQ on a 40"+ screen for the same money. This was particularly true of LCD where an equivalent display of 40" would have cost in excess of £3,500. This Samsung LE40R51B seems to have changed that by offering a fully HD Ready 40" screen for only around £1600. The question is though, is it any good and is it worth returning to the LCD fold for? Are there better LCD displays to come for similar money? I'd appreciate some input?
