Is 'Reset All Settings' OK to do on a Jailbroken iOS 6.1.2 iPhone?

There are two setting at the top of the iOS 6.1.2 Reset Page:

1. Reset All Settings
2. Erase All Content and Settings

I know option 2. Erase All Content and Settings, will end up with you having to restore the phone back hence losing the jailbreak.

Question is, is it safe to run option 1. Reset All Settings on a Jailbroken iPhone 4S running iOS 6.1.2 ?

Why do you want to do this?

Heard that it might help with a battery Issue I have (recently phone has switched off a few times with charging sign, the weird thing is that when it switches off there is still around 20% battery remaining).

Have tried reset+hard resetting phone, letting it drain, fully charging etc, no good.
This reset was suggested as a possible fix but I don't want to lose Jailbreak.

Don't use this on a jailbroken iPhone
It'll get stuck in a boot loop and you'll have to restore.

The battery issue is probably something you installed

Cheers, Think I'll take your advise and not do this yet.
Will go through the apps... Or live with it until next jailbreak is released and then restore.
