Is my TV hosed?

I bought this Samsung LN40A550P3F 5 years ago and has been running great. All of a sudden last night when I turned it on, colors were all washed away and ghostly/patchy images being displayed. I tried to reset to factory and even unplugged it for 10-15 minutes but no help.

I took video as well. WeTransfer

Any comments/suggestions? Time to get new TV or is it some cheap part which can be replaced?
