Is my sub broke?

Just noticed there doesn't seem to be anything coming from my sub. Have a Kef 2005.2 system, the power light is on green, the sub is warm yet there's no rumble from it when running any audio from the TV or test tone from the AV Amp. Checked settings everywhere and I can't seem to see that anything has changed so I'm assuming it's buggered?

Any reason why this would happen and can it be repaired?

Use the forum search facility, or even just look back a couple of pages. This is an extremely common occurance with the Kef and gets discussed at length at least once a week.

I was trying not to upset an already downhearted Kef owner. I was going to let him discover the scale of the Kef 'fault' rectifiable at a resonable cost' in his own time.
