Is my ReadyNAS 104 done?

I've been recently noticing lots of issues with my ReadyNAS 104, which all started with an error message, putname+14, that showed up randomly. I did some research and performed a OS re-install and although I got the following message: "err: could not properly extract", the NAS seems to be up and running and I thought it was working fine. We moved recently and I just had a chance to start trying to get the NAS up and running and I'm running into some issue that make me think the NAS might be on it's way out.

1. I get the following message when trying to update my default password

"Error exporting admin account info. Error in export admin account"

2. I'm constantly getting the following message when trying to navigate between screens and I'm being prompted for my user name and password constantly:

"Connecting to the ReadyNas Admin Page..."

3. Additionally, I'm unable to see any apps when I go to the "available apps" page.

I'm getting the feeling that this NAS at the end of it's life?
