I'm worried. I just set up my LG C9 TV and already noticed something odd. When I use the internet browser on my PS4, the Google homepage screen stays a bit dim but gets brighter when I click on the search bar. It also dims here and there while viewing other web pages. I even turned off power savings mode. Is this something to be alarmed about or is it just ABL? See the video below as I demonstrate what happens. Is this how ABL works and it effects different content that you use?

Mostly like ABL (weirdly, I have seen this few times when watching few dark films, the picture would automatically dim and won't get brighter unless the APL on the scene changes or you hit some button on the remote).

No, ABL is automatic brightness limiter, lowering TV power consumption.

Reduce the OLED Light to ~10 and see if the issue is still there.
