Is multi-disc resume only available on Sony?

On my current Sony player, if I eject a movie, put something else on, then put the original disc back, playback is resumed from where I stopped playing. Seems like a logical feature, but I can't find other players which do this.

So, is it a Sony-only thing? Am I alone in thinking this should be a standard feature?

    TIA

    Rob

Nope its not a Sony only thing, my Pioneer DV470 has this function, believe it has a 5 disc memory so I can watch 5 other discs and then put back in the original disc and pick up where I stopped it.

Thanks for the responses. I'm assuming that there's no sub £200 DVI-D players with the feature?

The Pioneer 575a does it too - and for just under a ton too.

yeah my pioneer dv717 allows you to save the position of 5 movies, AND save the picture and sound settings for them as well (however this is an annoying feature because if you changed the A:R on a dvd 2 years ago when you didnt have a widescreen tv and then play it again, it changes the dvd players settings back to what they were 2 years ago!)
