Should I consider it? Or, will all people who have had it, go blind 25 years after they have had it, due to their retinas dropping off?

I am a doctor. None of my ophthalmologist friends have got it done. I know of one disadvantage of this: 2 point discrimination sense gets worse with this. But if you dont do microsurgery then it's of no relevance to you. One of my friend got it done 10yrs ago and was able to get rid of his glasses for 10 yrs only to get refraction error again. Increasingly number of people are getting it done and seem to be happy with it..

I Had it done 10 years ago. Best thing I ever did.
