    No.
ITV 1 is general entertainment and FTV.
ITV 2 is general entertainment and FTV.
ITV 3 general entertainment is but FTA.
ITV News Channel is a news specific channel, which is also FTA.
There is a possibility that ITV 1 and 2 may go FTA soon but it's not confirmed.

Is there any way to get ITV, if I live in Norway? Without pay anything? I have a Wavefrontier Toroidal 90 dish, so I can recive all the satellites in Europe.

As far as I understand it. No.

ITV1,2 etc are encrypted by Sky and cannot be read without Sky kit and a working sky card.

As Boy Lex says, you need a Sky digibox and a card. You can buy the card in the UK for GBP20 and a box from Ebay.

As I said above, they might go FTA soon, so you have a choice wait see and if so use your current kit or buy the Sky kit now.

For WRC. Get a old analogue box, point your dish at Astra 19.2 deg east. Eurosport International in English most of the day and also in German, FTA :D .

I watch more WRC on Eurosport International than I do on ITV. They give four half hour programmes per event, one preview (which also is shown on ITV) and one half hour programme each evening of the event; they also cover the JWRC (which ITV does not) in a fifteen-minute programme a few days after the rally.

Note the Barcelona-Dakar (I know it's not WRC) was covered every day with a ten-minute programme in the morning and another in the afternoon and a further forty-five minute programme each night! ITV did not cover it at all, the BBC showed about forty minutes on the last day. Can't beat Eurosport International for rallying.

Yep I know that Eurosport have much more rally than ITV, but no one can beat the commentators on ITV. Angus Scott, Jon Desborough and Robie Head are just fantastic good commentators.

    Hi

The block of flats that I live in has a communal sky aerial.
I have just purchased a panasonic dsb30 digibox on ebay

There is no card with it.

Will I be able to view any channels? Do I need a card?
I see sky do lots of great deals with free install and free boxes... But I have all this now... Are there deals for people with equipment?

You will be able to view the FTA channels, BBC, ITV 3, Motors, Sky News, shopping etc.

If you want to view the FTV channels, ITV1 and 2, CH4 and Five you will need a Freesat card £20 from Sky. Ask for a Freesat card and not the package:

    http://www.freesatfromsky.com

If you want to view the subscription channels you will need a Sky card from Sky at subscription rates.

I bought a £20 card from the web about a year or so ago but it does not receive ITV or Ch4. Is there something wrong with it or did I buy it too soon? Do I need another?

    Where did you buy it?

Does it allow reception of Five?
