I have had my Grundig GDS200 digibox for a few years now and i'm about to upgrade my TV to a Sony KV32-LS60.

Would a new digibox provide a better picture etc?

I currently have no problems with the grundig although its black (new kit silver! :-() although i do get noticable "digital artefacts" etc on some channels. Is this just a SKY thing or do the new digi boxes help with this?

What are the best digiboxes around right now, what is the standalone price and the best place to pick one up from?

    Cheers

    Mick

I'm no expert, but i would think the pic would look the same on any digi box.......its just a sky thing.

When my box went bang in a storm a couple of years ago, i tried looking round to buy a new box....prices for just a box, to buy, was around the £250 Mark....and they prob aint no cheaper now....you will prob be better, looking on E-bay, or one of the local papers, but evern second hand ones, will still prob cost you around £100.
