My present 32in TV is faulty and could be beyond economic repair. Is it the right time to buy a LCD or should I just buy a throwaway CRT until HD is up and running. I watch a lot of football from Sky Sports via Telewest cable and am aware of the poor quality of the moving images so do I need a LCD to make the pictures look worse. It seems odd that its only Sharp who are producing a compromise LCD with there P50.
