    I'm on 02.

Whenever my phone uses data by switching onto H+ instead of 3G, there is absolutely no connectivity whatsoever.
This is mainly in Slough (where i work) so i know the area is good.

I dont know what this HSPDA is all about (faster than 3G....lol) but its utterly abysmal.

3G is always dandy but the damn phone automatically switches to H+

I have a S2 on O2 but dont have the sort of issues you talk of.

I had the same issue with a HTC Incredible S and a SE Neo, both returned.

You can turn it off by going through settings>wireless and network>mobile networks>network mode and choose GSM ONLY.

I would have your phone checked first incase there is a hardware problem.
