If there's one itch I can't scratch at the moment, it's the laborious task of fast-forwarding a HD movie to get to the point where I left off. I press the stop button to get a refill of J&B and when I resume play, the film starts from the beginning. I don't like pressing pause since I've got a phobia about screen burn.

Is there a program available that can add chapter markers to .ts files every 5 or 10 minutes into the running time? (Or even better, at the points I specify?)

Any help would be appreciated, apologies if this topic has been posted elsewhere, but I can't say I haven't looked :D

You won't get screen burn in the time it takes you to refill your glass :) Understand your plight, though, it's be useful to be able to get back to the point in the film where you left off as I often watch a movie over 2 stints.

    Dave.
