is this a good deal ? Ive got a budget of £550 mark and compueter wil be used for some business use and general family PC with some home video editing.
Or can you recomend anything else ?

Looks ok to me, the CPU is good and can be overclocked with that motherboard, it includes Windows. The only bad things are the cheapo PSU and case.
It also has a graphics card so you can do a bit of gaming
