Hi , Just wondered if any 3801 owners are going to change it for the new 3802? I own a 3801 and wondered if anyone thinks it will be worth changing for the updated model or would it just be a waste of money? Other than a slight increase in power and DPL II is their anything else different. I am very pleased with the 3801 so the 3802 would have to very much improved to tempt me.

    Hi

Its also got a variable crossover so you can match the lower frequencies of your speakers better, also got a tone defeat as well, i think.

Ive just flogged mine to the old man and bought an A1se which hopefully will have the PL2 upgrade and some other bits.

If your thinking of upgrading you´d be better off going for the new A20 (the a10 replacement) rather than going to the 3802.

    cheers
