First of all, head over to http://www.misticriver.net and search on there for help, its great!!

I've just got a H340 and I love it! Just drag and drop folders of music from Windows Explorer onto the player, assuming that it is showing up as an external drive in explorer? Its probably best to make a 'music' folder and put it in there as its easier to organise then. Search for 'TDT' on the Mistic river site too, its great for organising your music on your player.

Most people see to recommend Sennheiser MX100 for an affordable pair of over the head headphones I think. Check out http://www.head-fi.org
I've got some Sony EX71SLB's and I love them!

Did you also know that your H320 will play videos if you update the firmware!? Info on this can be found on Mistic river too...

PS I dont work for the site, I've just found its a great help!! :D

Also, check out the audio section on here: http://medulla.co.uk/images/H340/

There is quite a lot of useful software and info, plus help on how to get video playing on your H320! Enjoy! :hiya:
