Any Irish members know of any Irish based sceen specialists for home cinema use.

Also, I am probably going to buy (will buy) the PT-AE100, based largely on the
    1. Specifications
    2. Price
    3. Favourable reviews on this site!!

If anyone else here in Ireland is interested in purchasing, perhaps we could organise some kind of group demo.

I'm in Limerick, but would happily travel to Dublin to see this PJ in action in the correct evvironment.

If there were several interested, we could maybe wrangle a discount. I'm friendly with several dealers in Munster, maybe others could check out the price with other suppliers & post the results.

Can't wait to see those screenshots from those lucky people who have one already!!

If anyone's interested in the above, you can mail me.

An important consideration for me is the policy regarding dead/open pixels. I couldn't live with any "faults". I had a nightmarish incident last year with Dell, who supplied a 15" TFT monitor with 2 adjoining open pixels, dead centre of the screen.
They refused to exchange/replace it, but finally did after the intercession of my credit card company.

This is one of the reasons I wouldn't buy any TFT/LCD device on-line.

Back now for me to check if anyone's posted those screenshots!!!!!

I have just ordered a Philips Monroe and have just taken delivery of an I-SCAN PRO so while I may not be in the market for another projector I certainly would be interested in a demo of the Panasonic if there is one in Dublin. I would be willing to bring along my set for comparison.

I am also interested in suitable screens.
