If you have an IR remote for the iPod, you can just learn the commands to the Harmony

I am not an iPod user but I think the remotes are optional extras. If you dont have one that would mean buying the original and the Harmony unless Logitech have the codes on their database. Perhaps a ring to Logitech support to see if it is supported might be a good idea. Perhaps they will even add them; you cannot be the only person with this idea so it might be worth their while.
If you have the remote but Logitech do not list iPods etc then you might need to tell the Harmony that is a CD player and then teach it the codes.
