I recieved a ipod nano 8gb 3rg gen for a christmas present which was purchase back in october when i went to connect the ipod to my pc via the usb lead my computer would not pick up the ipod niether would it charge i tryed resetting the ipod a number of times with no luck at all. I decided phone ipod repair who arranged for ups to come and collect the ipod from myself which they done however what they have said is that the decline to fix the product as it appears the ipod had been abused manually how can this this be when all i have done is connected the ipod via usb to my desktop it is a brand new ipod aswell unopened and still sealed this has really upset me and i was considering purchasing an imac from apple which i am no longer going to do for sure can some please advise me thanks
