iPhone4 charger quicker than 3G charger on iPad

As per the inelegantly worded title.

I know the standard iPhone charger is really, really slow charging the iPad (in comparison to the iPad charger), but I am now using the iPhone 4 charger and it seems considerably quicker than a standard iPhone charger.

AND it is so much smaller, just a plug.
