i am trying to update all new applications in the installer. When i do that it tells me "Error Package download failed. I tried to speak to apple today and they said this application is got nothing to do with them. I am t-mobile. Is this right if we connect to wifi connection we do no not get charge for internet. Please help............

I dont think installer is an Apple authorised application and as such are not intrested in helping you as you would have needed to hack your iphone to get it installed and if they know your T Mobile then they will know for sure you have hacked it.

Try reinstalling installer
