iPhone voicemail changed?

Hi,

I’ve had an iPhone since the 4S and for as long as I can remember my voicemails have always come up in a list and I can swipe and delete them etc.

I have just moved over to a sun only contract, still with o2, who I have been with for years, and now my voicemail page just calls voicemail with a press 1 to listen and 2 to delete etc.

Is there any way to fix this??

Two things to check:

Make sure your phone number is shown correctly in Settings>Phone>My Number

Call O2 (or use the app) to make sure the iData bolt-on is active on your account.

Thanks, shall check them both out and see if I can get it sorted

All sorted, the visual voicemail bolt on had come off when I changed tariff.
