iPhone unlocking

Has anyone here used this site - Unlock iPhone, Official iPhone Unlocking - permanent Apple iTunes Unlock

Or any other unlocking site and can recommend one to me? I bought a iPhone 6 locked to Vodafone Portugal and rsim isn't reliable for me.

Look and see it an unlocker on eBay called mobilecare2010 can do it. I've used him a few times and he has always been reliable (I think he's got more than 40k feedback so has been doing them for quite a while).

Piggying on the back of this, I cannot find a seller called - mobilecare2010 - on ebay at all, I must be doing something wrong if @elmo01 found them but I cannot.

For future assistance, if you struggle to find a seller the easiest way to locate them is to go to the feedback page and put the name into the box to check for their feedback, it pops you straight to the user concerned.
