Just read the piece and you see its an abysmal piece of journalism (no shock being the Mail of course!) - there are no quotes to support the headline and they have simply mis-used Jobs' email responses to come up with the wrong conclusion. You will never see a product recalled nowadays unless there is a serious safety risk or its utterly, utterly broken which doesn't appear to be the case.
