Iphone email problem. Unlocked on voda

I have a NZ unlocked iphone 3g and have been running it on Voda for a year now. I have recently noticed when I send email throung my server it goes just like that on wifi. It will not go on vodafone when out of wifi range. ( It says something about the email address rejected by the server )
I think my fone was updated to vodafone settings a short while ago as it now says Vodafone in full where as before the Vodafone would "scroll" in and out.
Any ideas?

I had the same problem, would not send emails when away from wifi.
Try this, as it worked for me

One thing I did have to do was change the Primary and Other servers around;

Select settings,
Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars,
Select mail account you want to edit,
Scroll down to SMTP,
In here you can see it lists a "Primary server" and "Other SMTP servers"
I turned Primary server off
I added a SMTP server under "Other SMTP servers" as send.vodafone.net
This took a while to come back with a response about not using SSL this SMTP server doesn’t support SSL. after I selected this it added itself,
I ticked this new SMTP server on, Tested and success

Hope this helps

Sorry, do you mean say yes to SSL or no?
