My iPhone 5 was stolen yesterday. I have set find my iPhone to erase phone but phone is offline. I do have keypad lock switched on. I have sensitive data stored on "The Vault" app.

I have changed the pass code on my banking app.

Are my details safe?

The thief can only get access to your info if he has the passcode
He can get access to use the phone but he will have to restore it and wipe all the data.
