iPhone 4 scrolling down

Just anyone else has this problem. When scrolling sown on a web page, the screen sometimes doesn't pick up that I've touched the screen. Doesn't seem as responsive as my 3GS. Does this when scrolling the app store as well sometimes.

I found that the iPhone 4 screen is even more responsive. The slightest hint of a touch is registered.
