iPhone 3G won't sync after iOS4 update

Updated to iOS4 today........... wish i hadn't!

It now won't sync with iTunes. The update wiped all my music and videos, and now when i try and sync, it says it syncs but nothing goes onto my phone. It's still blank!

Am i the only one?

transfer them from itunes onto your iphone

They aren't there, nor are they in my downloads or download history. I have the receipts still so will have to take it up with apple.

Try this before you go to apple
Go in itunes
click on
File - Add Folder - (Your User Account) - Music - iTunes - Mobile Applications
And then click on select folder

Just tried it. Not there i'm afraid. During the process i don't think it transferred some of my music/apps that i downloaded via the phone itself somehow. Why it's not in my download history via my online account i don't know.

Hopefully the receipts will be enough for them to give them back, although i downloaded a few apps for free which are now full price..............
