iPhone 11 Pro Max eSim Issue

I have a new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I'm using the Dual Sim feature. EE for eSim and Vodafone for Physical Sim. I've been having issues with EE eSim, I've been sent a new eSim in the post and was advised to remove the EE eSim Data Plan. I've deleted the Data Plan, under Settings>Mobile Data, my Physical Sim (Vodafone) is active. Listed below that I have Used as Primary - No Sim where my Ee eSim was listed before it was deleted. See attached screenshot. Any ideas how to completely remove the EE eSim Data without Resetting the iPhone 11 Pro Max back to Factory Settings?
