Anyone ever ordered anything from Amazon that shows as available for free delivery but the system wants to charge for it. Please see screengrab below. I am reluctant to proceed in the hope of getting a refund. Any advice welcome.

    Thanks

Don't you have to have more then £15 worth of items in your basket if you want free delivery?

Is this item coming from Amazon or one of their partners? I believe that the free delivery is only if the item is coming from Amazon, not the third party. Of course I may be talking out of my bottom.

it appears you are not buying direct from amazon, but 'invisibleshield' afaik you can't get free delivery from 3rd parties.

You are correct free delivery is only for products stocked at the Amazon waehouse. If its from a third party seller (Marketplace) then you will be chaged delivery

Thanks for all the responses guys.

Item is being fulfilled by Amazon which entitles it for free delivery.

    No, I'm not in NI

Everything about the item entitles it for Frre Supersaver Delivery but it is still trying to charge for it and no response to my mails to Amazon. I know it's only £2.75 but its the principle.

    Very strange then.

Although I'm not sure I would buy from that seller with their rating of 1 star!
