My virgin media V+ box is acting up on BBC1, and has been for several days.

The signal is really degraded, and artifacted, and the sound stutters.

Is this just me, or is anybody else having the same problem?

Hi, have you tried rebooting the box, I normally reboot mine about once a month, was advised by a VM engineer to do this, it then checks for any firmware upgrades.:)

I had it switched off for over 24 hours, but it had the same problem when I turned it back on.

I'm getting similar interference on some of the ITV channels, too.

Probably a signal strength issue. Check that all accessible coax terminations are secure and then contact VM to report the problem. A VM engineer needs to adjust your signal strength.

Hmm, I wonder if you have a poor connection somewhere, possibly at the junction box, could be a call to VM here?

Hi, could possibly be the signal or your box? I have been looking at the VM help forums and the problem that you have are shown to be one or the other. I have put a link below to give an example of the type of issues that you are experiencing.
