Not surprised, in fact I would be surprised if they didn't.

as this is not Sky specific I have moved this to the main forum and as Trollslayer says I am not surprised either.
I wish they'd stop confusing the protocol and the use, Bittorrent isn't a 'service', it's as innocuous itself as HTTP or Skype.
