Hi guys
I got my Denon2106 at last, and now its my job to set the damn thing up!But the back of it looks crazy!!! sockets everywhere!
Basically, i understand the wireing of the speakers thats no problem, but when it comes to wiring the dvd player, cd player, playstation2 and Tv i havent a clue which sockets to use!
I dont even undertstand the difference between them! The way i did it was use two audio cables (red & white sockets) on the cd to the CD in red and white of the amp! then connect the speakers and now the unit is definately working. BUT whats the best way fo0r best quality?! My CD player is an OLD sony cdp(791?) it still has an optical out tho, should i be using that or what is that for? Or whats ebst way to connect?
There are LOADS of sockets on the back and they must be there for a reason, and at present i just cant understand what they are going to be used for.
This word, interconnects...what are they, would u class them as anything connecting a unit to the amp?
Chris
