Need to get a crt 28" tv for granny looked at panny models but most seem to have digital tuners as not in freeview reception area do they or any other suitable ones have analogue tuners preferably both to cope with analogue switch off in the simplest way possible for an 80 year old

Thanks in advance for any help

Currently all IDTVs have analogue tuners as well.

If your granny just wants to watch TV i.e. change channel, adjust volume up and down, then they're all pretty easy, in my experience. If you think she'll eventually want to use digital features like an EPG then I'd recommend Sony over Panasonic.

Thanks
Eventually when freeview reaches the dark depths of the south wales valleys I would imagine she would use the epg so a sony is a better bet.Which one would you recommend as a good allrounder in anything upto and including 28" screen size
