I've decided to convert our integral garage, we've recently moved into an old 1968 house, the previous occupants built an extension on the side, it included an integral garage with a door leading onto the dining room. Sonone wall is the outside of the original house, the opposite wall is attached to next doors garage which was also built with its own wall. The back wall is breeze blocks attached to the dining room extension bit.
So my question is can I Dot and dab these 3 walls, or do I have to baton and insulate them plus plasterboard. The front of the room where the current door is will obviously have a window and be properly insulated. The roof will be insulated there is no second level above it, the floor will be raised and insulated as well.
