    Hi all,

I have installed my Xecuter 3 into my 1.5 Xbox but am having problems with it. When I power on it reboots twice then says on with the eject button flash red/green the X is red. I can bypass by holding down for 1 second and then it work as a standard Xbox.

Please help. I took it apart and checked all the connections, they look OK but are obviously not totally correct. Can some one point me in the right direction as to what the problem might be?

    Thanks,

    Boom.

Yep it comes with a cromwell bios already loaded. My 1.6 worked first time, however on a 1.5 it's probably the d0 not correctly soldered (so my mate who knows this stuff tells me)

Yep, sounds like the d0 to me too. It can be a tricky one to do properly seeing as the solder point is so small!

Am I right in thinking it could be the d0 OR that I have soldered the other pins incorrectly...or is only going to be d0? I have redone that twice still the same issue...

sorted it. Not exactly sure what the issue was but resoldered and it was fine.
